Our office is closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and Japanese national holidays.

 

Support Includes

  • Resolving Problems During Installation

  • Resolving problems during upgrades

  • Troubleshooting problems with app usage

Support Does Not Include

  • Customers without a valid license or active subscription

  • Beta or development releases

  • Assistance with the following

  • Apps developed by non-NRIs

  • Using a Jira version not supported by this application

  • Problems outside the scope of the app (e.g., problems on the GitLab side)

  • Requests in languages other than English or Japanese
