The GitLab Connector for Jira Software supports the following versions of platforms.

Jira Software

  • v7.6.4 - v8.22.6

GitLab

  • 11.6.11 - 13.4.1 (CE, EE)

  • For GitLab 13.1.X - v13.2.X (CE, EE), merge request information may not be correctly retrieved.

The GitLab Connector for Jira Software running on any other versions of platform than the above will not be supported by NRI.

 

The supported databases are as follows

  • PostgreSQL

  • MySQL

  • Oracle

The following databases have not been tested as Jan 5, 2022 .

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • H2
